Apollo Studios of New York was a division of Bernard Rice's & Sons and items marked with the Apollo stamp as this item is, were made from 1909-1922. These pieces are usually marked only with Apollo The company is known for their stunning ornate filigree perfume bottles and vanity items. This gorgeous perfume bottle is footed and has a rich deep rose burgandy cut Czech glass stopper encased in the gilt ornate brass. The perfume bottle stands 6 inches high and is about 3.75 inches wide. In very nice condition, with some loss of gilt as is normal for its age.
