Beautiful Victorian Scottish treenware string or wool holder. This fine example of Victorian Mauchlineware is a prize addition for the collector of Victorian Sewing or Needlework tools and for the Scottish souvenir ware collector. This circa 1860s-1880s wool or string dispenser is in very nice condition, all original with lovely patina, having 2 vignettes showing a harbour and the other store fronts. It measures 3.75 inches high and about 4 inches high. Add it to your Tartan ware or Fern ware collection with pride.
